King Prawns sauted in garlic butter on garlic bread

Battered mushrooms served with salad and a mayo and sweet chilli sauce

Beef Wellington ( allow 30 mins )

Fillet of beef with a port and blue stilton cheese sauce
or
Baked fillet of salmon with a citrus herb crust on a bed of creamy mash
or
Pan-fried medallions of pork fillet served with a cider and red onion sauce
or
Baked mushrooms filled with spinach, brie and walnuts served with salad (V)

All the above served with FRESH vegetables and a selection of potatoes
