Chris Brown's been partying his ass off, but as far as the judge in his Rihanna beating case is concerned ... he's been a model citizen -- and his reward will be fewer random drug tests. Chris was in court in L.A. Wednesday for a progress report on his probation, and the results were glowing -- all his random drug tests were negative and he attended bi-weekly therapy sessions.  So the judge agreed to cut the singer a break, and scale back the number of drug tests from 3 a week ... to just 2, Pretty impressive for a guy who had to be carried out of a club back in June.

Joey Kramer -- the drummer for Aerosmith -- had heart complications Tuesday and the band has cancelled some upcoming shows .. has learned. A source close to the band tells us ... Kramer has had heart issues in the past.  A member of the crew told us ... the 64-year-old will undergo heart surgery, but we could not confirm that.  he group has now cancelled the Concord, CA concert scheduled for Wednesday night.   We're also told members of the crew have been told the Washington show -- scheduled for Saturday -- will also be cancelled.

She then tweeted this out: "'What do Ugive when you've given UR all & it seems U can't make it thru? You just STAND' Donnieradio Yes & Amen -my confidence is in God!"

Bindi is a beautiful young lady. We would do well to let her continue to grow into adulthood and continue to be the beautiful and caring person that her mom & dad raised her to be. She learned a lot from her dad during his lifetime, so let's not rush to judgment about the person she will become. And for the record, she doesn't have to ride on the coattails of her father and his legacy because she learned from the best.

I read some remarks below from people who said they took his death quite hard even though they didn't know Steve Irwin... well, it was the same way for me... I don't know why it upset me so much, but it really did... I cried about it for days... and I still remember watching Bindi speak at Steve's funeral... that little girl......

Andi Dorfman is NOT jettisoning her legal career for Hollywood ... so she claims in a private, plea to her D.A. boss.

The Fulton County D.A. made news a few days ago when he said the new Bachelorette resigned, after her leave of absence as an Assistant District Attorney expired.  She originally took the leave to shoot the show, but after the resignation was announced everyone assumed she was giving up law.

Not so.   Got hold of her resignation letter, in which she says her TV obligations will wrap by the end of the year.  And then she begs the D.A. to "strongly consider me for re-hire."

Andi says ...  "my true passion is in the prosecution of criminal cases."

The D.A.'s office previously told  they'd be open to bringing Andi back.

Aaliyah,Family Vows To Torpedo Biopic,Aaliyah's family is on the attack against "Lifetime" ... vowing to stop production on her biopic.

Lifetime plans to start filming this summer .... chronicling the R&B singer's life and tragic death. 17-year-old Disney actress Zendaya has been cast as Aaliyah -- who died in 2001 in a plane crash.

Aaliyah's uncle and former manager, Barry Hankerson, tells us the family is pissed that no one from the network contacted them about the movie.

Hankerson says the family will block any attempt on Lifetime's part to use any of Aaliyah's music.  He says the family has hired a lawyer and will do everything they can to block release of the flick.

The family is not opposed to a big, theatrical film, but thinks a TV movie is too small for someone as big as Aaliyah.  We called Lifetime ... so far no response.

Suffice it to say ... Scott didn't get the gig.  It went to Nick Cannon.  Problem is ... the Style Network went under ... and the show mercifully never saw the light of air.

We're told Malia spent most of her day going on runs for coffee and drinks for the cast ... like every other no-name peon. She also helped the crew by blocking people from walking through scenes during shooting.

Of course, MO did get something not even Halle got -- Secret Service protection. We're told a few agents were always on set, but they gave her space.

Best of all, we're told one person innocently chatted up Malia one day about sports -- just to be friendly -- but never realized who she was.

Kinda cool that she never blew her cover.
