Jeremy Piven might be in for a big surprise -- a hot blonde Australian model whom he's rumored to have dated is MARRIED with a DAUGHTER ... and she was arrested after allegedly attacking her husband when he confronted her.

31-year-old Sophie Turner was busted March 23rd for felony domestic violence after an argument with her husband Gianmichele Gennari allegedly erupted into violence.

Gianmichele claims he confronted Sophie last month with what he called her "sexually provocative choices" ... including abandoning both him and their daughter on February 8 ... allegedly hooking up with Jeremey at a Santa Monica hotel.  She eventually came home at 3:30 AM.Gianmichele claims Sophie often leaves the house in slutty dresses and doesn't wear her wedding ring, flaunting to the paparazzi she's single and available ... often staying out all night.Gianmichele says Sophie responded to his complaints by attacking him ... causing facial cuts and scratches on his arm and neck.  He says she was so crazy she ripped the shirt right off his body.Jeremy Piven has been linked to Sophie for years -- as early as 2010.  Sophie says they're just friends.   We came across a couple of video clips over the last few years that show Jeremy and Sophie awfully cozy.Sophie's been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Gianmichele and their daughter until a court hearing later this month.Sophie's attorney Tiffany Feder says the model maintains her innocence, adding, "Sophie has always maintained a distinction between her public persona and her private life for the benefit of her family."

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin will end their marriage amicably ... in large part because they've each done things during the marriage they DON'T want ending up in legal docs.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... this is NOT a separation. They are definitely getting divorced. But both are concerned about serious PR damage if the divorce turns ugly, and they don't want to open the door to media reports about them straying from the marriage as well as other issues.......

The concern ... even if the case doesn't go to trial ... any allegation put down in legal docs could end up getting leaked ... and both Gwyneth and Chris agree ... that's the worst case scenario for both of them.

The soon-to-be-exes even spent the weekend together ... with friends ... in the Bahamas -- more proof this is gonna be totally civil.

We're told the divorce will be relatively quick and there are no apparent conflicts.  They will not fight over money and they won't fight over custody.

Lea-Ann Ellison -- the formerly pregnant woman who was BRUTALIZED on the Internet for lifting heavy weights just 2 weeks before her due date -- is back in the gym after giving birth ... and says both she and her kid are perfectly healthy.
Ellison became an international sensation last year over gym photos -- which showed the 35-year-old doing a crossfit-inspired workout, throwing weights over her head, while sporting a giant preggo belly.

She followed that with the jams "Monster" and "Bad Romance." She danced and sang on the side of the stage in a red tight leotard."Thank you so much for spending my birthday with me," she yelled to the audience, which included her actor-boyfriend Taylor Kinney and Nate Ruess, lead singer for the band Fun.Gaga was in top form as she sang nearly a dozen of her songs, including "Just Dance," an acoustic version of "Poker Face," and the recent hit "Applause." The concert's main surprise: It was too short. After she ended, fans waited for the pop star to hit the stage again. She never did. She performed some tracks from her recent album, "ARTPOP," which has struggled to match the success of her other releases. But onstage, she showed no signs of slowing down. Gaga asked early in the show. "Do you believe in love? Do you?" . This freak needs some serious help. For someone who consistently preaches about to "just be yourself" she sure covers her head a lot. She has some serious self esteem issues. She's always contradicting herself and just looks like a fool.  maybe I'm just getting older? nawwww, just wiser! too many of these bizarre costumes is getting old, not even disgusting because they don't seem to top each other anymore. we've seen it all from feigned nudity to out and out nudity and it's just not doing it anymore.....it does NOT entertain me anymore. Gaga timeto change your facade of what you think is entertainment or leave the room.

Dave Brockie -- lead singer of the crazy costumed "Beavis & Butthead" worshipped speed metal band Gwar -- is dead at age 50.Law enforcement sources tell ... Brockie -- a.k.a. Oderus Urungus. was found early Sunday morning dead, sitting upright in a chair at his Richmond, VA home.We're told foul play is not suspected ... and one law enforcement sources told us, "There were no drugs found, as far as I know."Another law enforcement source tells us it was not a suicide.  No note was found. Brockie was found by his roommate. The band shot to superstardom because their over-the-top horror show music videos were a staple on "Beavis and Butthead" back in the day.
