Yikes! Jessica Simpson posted a terrifying photo of her fiance, Eric Johnson, throwing their almost two year old daughter, Maxwell Johnson, in the air at the beach. In the photo from April 16, Eric throws the tiny little toddler at least 4 feet over his head on the beach near the water. Do you think Eric and Jessica should be more careful with their daughter....

At first glance, this is a truly terrifying picture.

In a photo taken and shared by Jessica, her daughter Maxwell appears to be at least 4 feet in the air over her daddy’s head while on a stroll at the beach.

Eric, who is a retired NFL player, stands at around 6’3″ — which means Maxwell was at least ten feet in the air without a safety net underneath her.
Should Jessica allow Eric to throw Maxwell like that again. Yes, it's fine.No, absolutely not!

Too cute! Having wrapped up their tour of New Zealand, the royal family arrived in Sydney, Australia on Wednesday, April 16, and young Prince George stole the show. The 8-month-old tot posed for photos in a white romper adorned with blue sailboats, looking less-than-impressed by the whole situation. Click here to see more pics of the tour.

Kate and Will's royal tour...Gorgeous George was joined by his parents, Kate Middleton and Prince William, who both looked equally as dapper. The Duchess of Cambridge, 32, welcomed spring in an on-trend canary yellow dress with white accents. The fitted frock, which featured mid-lenth sleeves, a square neck, and fell at the knee, was a nod to Australia's national colors and was designed by London-based designer Roksanda Ilincic. The Prince, 31, looked as put-together as ever in a well-cut navy blue sit and a claret tie.

Kate Middleton's royal style..One person who wasn't on board with Kate's sunny look was her husband. The new mother reportedly told an onlooker, "William said I look like a banana."

Will, Kate, and George, who are touring New Zealand and Australia for three weeks, made their first appearance in Australia at Sydney's famed Opera House. Later in the trip, the royal couple plans to take their son to Sydney's zoo where they will see bilbies, small marsupials found in the area.

Pimpin' ain't easy ... and neither is breaking into Hollywood ... but former NFL running back Justin Fargas is giving it a shot with some help from his famous father -- aka Huggy Bear!

TMZ Sports spoke with the former Oakland Raiders RB who tells us ... now that his playing days are over, after 7 years in the league, he's focusing on becoming a Hollywood screenwriter.

"I've been developing a screenplay. I'm hoping to get a project going very soon. My brother is in film production and my dad's an actor. I'd like to team up and make it a family thing."

His dad's not just "an actor" -- he's Antonio Fargas, who played notorious mega-pimp Huggy Bear on the classic "Starsky & Hutch" TV show.

"[My dad's] excited about [my screenplays]," Justin says ... "We share ideas. He wants to work with me. You know there's a role for him."

Justin says he's dead serious about his new career -- and even met with "Friday Night Lights" director Peter Berg at the NFL Pro Hollywood Boot Camp to get some pointers.

"I told him I was working on a super hero movie. I said, 'when I finish I want you to read it.' He said he'd 'be all ears.'  I'm definitely going to send it to him when it's done."

Justin says he's still a month away from completing his first screenplay.

The Grammys may have wrapped more than two months ago, but one of country music's biggest nights -- the Academy of Country Music Awards -- took place on Sunday, April 6 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
PHOTOS: ACM Awards, what the stars wore. The industry's finest came out in droves, swapping cowboy boots for stilettos on the red carpet and blue jeans for ball gowns. But that doesn't mean things didn't get rowdy. With performances by Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley, Sheryl Crow, Stevie Nicks, Blake Shelton, and Brad Paisley, everyone, especially Taylor Swift, got down to the night's funky beats and toe-tapping fun.
Though the performances and co-hosts Shelton and Luke Bryan's jokes made the show entertaining, all eyes were on the night's winners. Here's the complete list:

Jeremy Piven might be in for a big surprise -- a hot blonde Australian model whom he's rumored to have dated is MARRIED with a DAUGHTER ... and she was arrested after allegedly attacking her husband when he confronted her.

31-year-old Sophie Turner was busted March 23rd for felony domestic violence after an argument with her husband Gianmichele Gennari allegedly erupted into violence.

Gianmichele claims he confronted Sophie last month with what he called her "sexually provocative choices" ... including abandoning both him and their daughter on February 8 ... allegedly hooking up with Jeremey at a Santa Monica hotel.  She eventually came home at 3:30 AM.Gianmichele claims Sophie often leaves the house in slutty dresses and doesn't wear her wedding ring, flaunting to the paparazzi she's single and available ... often staying out all night.Gianmichele says Sophie responded to his complaints by attacking him ... causing facial cuts and scratches on his arm and neck.  He says she was so crazy she ripped the shirt right off his body.Jeremy Piven has been linked to Sophie for years -- as early as 2010.  Sophie says they're just friends.   We came across a couple of video clips over the last few years that show Jeremy and Sophie awfully cozy.Sophie's been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Gianmichele and their daughter until a court hearing later this month.Sophie's attorney Tiffany Feder says the model maintains her innocence, adding, "Sophie has always maintained a distinction between her public persona and her private life for the benefit of her family."
