It does look better on Kylie. But Kylie dresses well beyond her age. She's the one who should be a model because she is much prettier than Kendall. If she decides she wants to model more often she would be Kendall's stiffest competition,..
Riri looks drunk but looks better in the dress. Hate the color tho. Jenner, still a little young to be dressing like that, and when referring to Kylie, don't say Kim K little sister. That already degrades her points for wanting to become a fashion model.
Sorry Rihanna has it hands down Kylie needs to stay in her lane and stop trying to be grown before her time. She would be able to do that if Bruce had them not the youth seeking money grubbing mother. What does she do for a living anyway,but her sister Kendel is a boss model.
